Our top play last week, Aiden O’Connell, sailed over his passing total, and we ended up 4-2 overall on our PrizePicks college football props. Things are looking up with a 21-14 record (60%) over the past six weeks. Let’s zoom out a little bit and keep that momentum going. As usual, we will turn to PrizePicks for these listings.
PrizePicks is technically a fantasy sports site, although they allow you to wager on a series of prop bets within their platform. They are legal in 30 states as well, including some places that don’t allow sports betting at the moment.
You can read more details on how and where to play Prizepicks by clicking here.
Another cool thing about PrizePicks is that they have college football props listed. I have perused those lines to find the best College Football Props for Week 12 – all of which can be found on the PrizePicks app.
With that, let’s get to the best props!
QB C.J. Stroud – Ohio State: OVER 2.5 Passing TDs
Did you see Stroud last week? This Ohio State offense is firing on all cylinders, and Stroud has been putting up some outstanding numbers as a result.
In fact, he has thrown for three or more touchdowns in six of nine games this season. That includes at least four touchdown passes in four of his last six games. He even tossed five of them in three contests over that span. It’s not a surprise that he’s very much in the Heisman Trophy race.

The matchup against Michigan State is a good one, as the Spartans actually rank dead last in passing yards allowed this season. That’s not an exaggeration. They literally rank 130th out of 130 teams in that regard.
Stroud should be able to move the ball with ease against MSU, and I would be very surprised if he doesn’t toss at least three touchdowns. Go ahead and take the over here before the line moves on PrizePicks. Run, don’t walk!
WR Tahj Washington – USC: OVER 66.5 Receiving Yards
Sometimes PrizePicks is slow to adjust for injury news in college football. We can absolutely take advantage of that with Washington’s receiving line on Saturday.
Washington’s teammate, Drake London, is one of the best receivers in the country. Unfortunately, the superstar receiver is out for the season with a leg injury. That means more work for the other USC pass catchers.

Washington has stepped up in his absence with eight catches for 87 yards and nine grabs for 78 yards respectively in two games with London out. In other words, he’s stepping into an “alpha role” for the Trojans.
We can expect more of the same in a potential shootout against UCLA. Definitely grab the over here, as my projections have Washington coming through with 80+ yards. I’m interested in taking over 5.5 receptions for him as well, so keep your eye on that prop.
WR Ryan O’Keefe – UCF: UNDER 82.5 Receiving Yards
To be completely honest, Washington and O’Keefe should probably swap receiving props. Something closer to 66 yards would be more accurate for the UCF receiver. As things stand, I’m easily taking O’Keefe under 82.5 yards, and here’s why:
O’Keefe has gone under this mark in eight of 10 games this season. One of those came with Dillon Gabriel still at quarterback, and the potential award-winning gunslinger has since suffered a season-ending injury. His backup, freshman Mikey Keene, has struggled for consistency since taking the starting job.
On top of that, game flow will be working against O’Keefe. UCF is favored by 30.5 points against UConn. It’s safe to assume that the Knights will build a healthy lead, run the ball, and pull their starters in the second half.
That doesn’t bode well for this receiving prop, so I’m confidently targeting the under for O’Keefe.
More PrizePicks College Football Props
Garrett Shrader (QB – SYR) OVER 49.5 Rushing Yards. Shrader let us down last week, but I still like the fact that he’s seeing around 20 carries per game. If that holds, he’ll only need 2.5 yards per carry to cash this over. He’s averaging 5.1 ypc this season. The matchup isn’t great, but Shrader could make this happen based on volume alone.
Kennedy Brooks (RB – OKL) UNDER 83.5 Rushing Yards. Brooks has gone under 83 rushing yards in three straight games. He’s averaging 56 yards per contest this year, and now he’ll face an Iowa State team that ranks top 25 in run defense.
D.J. Uiagalelei (QB – CLE) OVER 187.5 Passing Yards. Uiagalelei got off to a rough start this season, but he has topped 187.5 passing yards in three straight. Clemson could be throwing more than usual while facing a Wake Forest team that plays fast (8th in snaps/game) while ranking 81st in pass defense.
