Kevin Durant OVER 31.5 Points

Kevin Durant is coming off a huge 51-point performance against the Detroit Pistons. Over his last 10 games, he’s averaging 30.1 points per game on 48.0 percent shooting.

In his last game against the Toronto Raptors, KD put up 31 points on 11-of-19 shooting. He doesn’t need a whole heck of a lot of shot attempts to get to his 30 on the night, and he is very comfortable with being patient with the basketball in his hands and finding his spots.

He knows the Nets need every bit of his production from a scoring standpoint in order for them to have a chance of winning. With multiple Nets out in the health and safety protocols, Durant will need to step his game up even further.

BetPrep currently has the line at 28.5 points with a -111 juice to the over. He can do that in his sleep.

Fred VanVleet Under 19.5 Points

Fred VanVleet has been struggling to shoot the ball in recent games, averaging just 33.3 percent shooting over his last four. His points per game average of 14.5 during that stretch also doesn’t inspire much confidence in his ability to hit the over in this one.

VanVleet can get hot and put up decent scoring performances, but with his primary role of being a playmaker and on a back-to-back, expect him to be more of a facilitator than a shot creator going up against the Nets. Brooklyn’s defense allows 105.7 points per game, 10th-fewest in the league.

Derrick Rose OVER 17.5 Points

Derrick Rose is coming off an 18-point performance, as he went 8-of-16 from the field, but he is more than capable of replicating that performance.

Although he’s no longer the MVP type of player we once loved watching, he still has the ability to get to his spots in the mid-range and at the rim.

If there’s one thing he improved since his MVP days, it’s his ability to hit the three-pointer.

With the Golden State Warriors heading into town, and the buzz surrounding Stephen Curry being on the cusp of making NBA history for most three-point makes, expect Rose to bring his competitive fire and show the world that they shouldn’t forget about him either.
