Charlotte FC has maintained an upper hand in their historical encounters with NYCFC, having won all three matches since they joined MLS in 2022. They average 2.3 goals per match against NYCFC’s average of 1.

Meanwhile, the Portland Timbers have struggled away from home, going 1-5-3 in their last nine outside of Portland. These two sides faced each other in Portland on May 20, and the Loons pulled off a 1-0 victory despite a compromised attack without Reynoso.
