The Dallas Cowboys (8-6) will be at The Washington Football Team (6-6) in Week 14 with kickoff set for 1 pm ET. This will be a huge NFC East showdown. With a Dallas win, they would have a comfortable lead in the NFC Standings. With a loss, Washington will make things very interesting. Let’s jump into the best NFL props on the Cowboys’ side of this NFC East showdown.

Dallas Cowboys: Dak Prescott

The Prop: Passing Yards at Washington
The Odds: Over 282.5 (-116) / Under 282.5 (-114)

The Dallas Cowboys will look to attack The Washington Football Team’s secondary, who has not been very strong this season. They are going to need Dak Prescott to play well in order for them to pull off the win on the road.

There has been a noticeable trend for the past five games as to why he is going to reach over 282.5 yards this week. This dates back to November 7th against the Denver Broncos with 232 passing yards.

On November 14th against the Atlanta Falcons, he threw for 296 yards, on November 21st against the Kansas City Chiefs, he threw for 216 yards, on November 25th against the Las Vegas Raiders, and recently on December 2nd, he threw for 238 yards.

Take the over 282.5 passing yards and the -116 money line.

Dallas Cowboys: Ezekiel Elliott

The Prop: Rushing Yards at Washington
The Odds: Over 60.5 (-110) / Under 60.5 (-120)

Tony Pollard appears to be taking over Ezekiel Elliott’s role in the running game. Elliott averages 15.2 rushing attempts per game and averages 4.23 yards per attempt so far this season.

He had 13 carries last week, but Pollard only had seven and also had a 58-yard rushing touchdown.

In the last five games, Ezekiel Eliott has not reached 60 yards rushing once, and I honestly don’t see it happening anytime soon with him. Washington held Josh Jacobs to 52 yards rushing last week for the Las Vegas Raiders.

Jacobs and Elliott are the same types of running back. I am taking the under 60.5 yards rushing prop for Ezekiel Elliott with a money line of -120.

Dallas Cowboys: CeeDee Lamb

The Prop: Receiving Yards at Washington
The Odds: Over 75.5 (-119) / Under 75.5 (-111)

With Dallas being loaded at wide receiver, it seems to be a different wide receiver stepping up for them every single week. They also have Amari Cooper and Michael Gallup on the roster.

There is also a noticeable pattern with CeeDee Lamb lately. In one game, he is excellent, and then in another game, he has done poorly. Dating back to October 31st against the Minnesota Vikings, he had 112 receiving yards.

The following week on November 7th, against the Denver Broncos, he only caught 23 yards. In the last three games, he has caught for 94 yards against the Atlanta Falcons on November 14th, only caught 14 yards receiving against the Kansas City Chiefs on November 21st, and also caught 89 yards receiving against the New Orleans Saints on December 2nd. He missed the November 25th game against the Las Vegas Raiders due to a concussion.

With that being the case in this pattern, CeeDee Lamb will have under 75.5 yards receiving this week and take the money line of -111.
