There’s arguably no offense playing better football than the Dallas Cowboys through four weeks. Their run game has been strong with a blend of Zeke Elliott and Tony Pollard. Also, Dak Prescott is effectively spreading the ball around to CeeDee Lamb, Amari Cooper, and Dalton Schultz. That’s why we are targeting them in NFL Prop Betting for Week 5.

Sites like Pro Football Focus and Football Outsiders put Dallas as a top-five offense, and their strong offensive line is equally to thank for the success they’ve had to start this season.

In Week 5, Dallas will host the New York Giants, a team that has struggled to find defensive consistency thus far.

As such, the biggest advantage of Week 5 is for the entire Dallas offense. The Cowboys should find success running and throwing the ball, so you can’t go wrong targeting this offense when betting in Week 5.

NFL Prop Betting Angles To Consider

RB Tony Pollard OVER 42.5 Rushing Yards

While Ezekiel Elliott is the most recognizable name on this team, Tony Pollard offers more value when betting player props.

As the backup running back, Pollard brings with him a much lower over/under every week.

Still, he’s averaging 6.8 yards per carry, an incredibly efficient total, and has rushed for 250 yards in four games.

Last week, Pollard’s over was listed at 33.5 yards, a number he blew by. In his last three games, Pollard has rushed for 67, 60, and 109 yards. Keep your eye on this Cowboys running back throughout the week.

WR CeeDee Lamb OVER 74.5 Receiving Yards

When considering a pass-catcher to bet, I tend to prefer volume, and the leader in that department is CeeDee Lamb. Lamb has seen 32 targets this season, leading the team in yards with 264.

Lamb had his worst game in Week 4, going for just 13 yards. However, don’t be discouraged – the Panthers’ secondary is much stronger than the Giants will be.

I expect a bounce back from Dak’s favorite target, and he’s my preferred player in the passing game.
