In the more than 60 years that the Raiders and Chiefs have played their heated rivalry, we have been treated to great games, great individual performances, and terrific opportunities to make money through prop betting. These are our best NFL player props for Sunday Night Football.

Patrick Mahomes Vs. Las Vegas Raiders

The Prop: Patrick Mahomes Passing Yards Total
The Odds: Over 295.5 yards (-115)/Under 295.5 yards (-115)

At the end of the Chiefs game against the Packers, there appeared to be some life in the struggling Chiefs offense. Patrick Mahomes hit six of his last nine passes for 80 yards, and the game-sealing play was vintage Mahomes – scrambling to his right and hitting Tyreek Hill on the run for the first down.

Still, the Chiefs offense isn’t quite right, and they face a Raiders team that is pretty good against opposing quarterbacks. Jalen Hurts, Justin Herbert, Lamar Jackson, and Ben Roethlisberger failed to reach 295 yards against Las Vegas.

Some of that results from an improved Raiders defense, and some of it is because the Raiders are bad against the run. Devontae Booker, Khalil Herbert, and Austin Ekeler have recently had big games on the ground against the Raiders, which will prompt the Chiefs to also concentrate on their running game.

Mahomes averages 313 yards per game in his career vs. the Raiders, but you should bet the under for this Sunday night.

Darrel Williams Vs. Las Vegas Raiders

The Prop: Darrel Williams Rushing Yards Total
The Odds: Over 46.5 yards (-118)/Under 46.6 yards (-112)

With the passing game hitting a myriad of bumps, the Chiefs’ best bet is to run the football. The interior of their offensive line is performing as well as anyone. Even though Clyde Edwards-Helaire is still out injured, Darrel Williams is more than capable of being a featured back.

He rushed for 70 yards last week against the Packers, and even though he had to split carries with Derrick Gore in Week 8 against the Giants, Williams still rushed for 49.

The NFL has identified the weakness of the Raiders defense, and it is on the ground. Teams are running 29 times a game against Las Vegas for 133.5 yards. Those yards allowed per game rank 28th in the NFL.

The formula for success against the Raiders, and the way for the Chiefs to work their way out of the offensive doldrums, are the same. Run the football.

Darrel Williams goes over 46 yards on Sunday night.

Darren Waller Vs. Kansas City Chiefs

The Prop: Darren Waller Receiving Yards Total
The Odds: Over 76.5 yards (-110)/Under 76.5 yards (-120)

Darren Waller is one of the most talented tight ends in football, but he hasn’t quite had the season this year than he did last year. He started strong with 105 yards in Week 1, but it wasn’t until this latest game in Week 8 that he went back over 65 yards. Against the Giants in a losing effort, Waller finished with 92.

The Chiefs linebackers are not good in coverage, Derek Carr has a dwindling number of wide receiving options, meaning Waller will get even more targets than usual (he had 11 last week), and he will go over 76 yards receiving.
