UPDATE 12:15 P.M. ET: Texas A&M (23-11 SU, 20-13 ATS) already had a quarterfinal upset of top-seeded Auburn under its SEC tourney belt. Then in Saturday’s semifinals, the Aggies made it three wins and three covers in three days. A&M, which closed as a 6.5-point underdog, buried No. 4 seed and 15th-ranked Arkansas 82-64.

The Aggies have been perfect on the court and at the betting counter of late, entering the SEC final on a 7-0 SU and ATS tear.

Meanwhile, Tennessee (25-7 SU, 19-13 ATS) knocked out No. 3 seed Kentucky 69-62 as a 3-point underdog. The Vols have won six in a row and 11 of their last 12 SU (7-5 ATS).

In the lone A&M-Tennessee meeting this season on Feb. 1, the Vols scored a 90-80 home victory, while the Aggies covered as 11.5-point underdogs. Tennessee is 5-1 SU/4-2 ATS in the last six clashes.

The Over is 12-4 in Texas A&M’s last 16 games and has hit in three of the last four head-to-head meetings.

Forty-five minutes before tipoff, PointsBet USA’s SEC tournament odds board has Tennessee as a 6.5-point favorite. That matches the opening number, though the Vols had a couple of stints this morning at -5.5. Underdog Texas A&M is a popular play, with ticket count 4/1 and money 5/1 on the Aggies. The total  opened at 131, dipped to 130.5 and is now 131.5, with practically all the tickets and cash on the Over.
