We weren’t even sure if Dalvin Cook was going to play in Week 14. He did, and he ran for 205 yards with two touchdowns. And welcome back Alvin Kamara. After more than a month on the sideline, he ran for 120 yards in the Saints’ big Sunday win. So who is primed to go off in Week 15? Here are the top NFL player props for running backs this weekend.

Alvin Kamara Vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Prop: Alvin Kamara Rushing Yards
The Odds: Over 65.5 yards (-111)/Under 65.5 yards (-119)

The Bucs are easily the best team in the NFC South and perhaps the best team in the NFC. Yet no one plays them better than the New Orleans Saints.

Last year New Orleans had the season sweep before losing to Tampa Bay in the playoffs. And now, the Saints once again go for the season sweep, and they are hoping Alvin Kamara can lead them. He only went for 61 yards in the first meeting this season, but in the playoff game last year, he rushed for 85 yards.

At times the Saints can be frustrating in how they use Kamara, which can lower his rushing totals. But he is the key for New Orleans on Sunday, and he will get the football over and over again. OVER being the operative word.

Antonio Gibson Vs. Philadelphia Eagles

The Prop: Antonio Gibson Rushing Yards
The Odds: Over 64.5 yards (-118)/Under 64.5 yards (-112)

We were on a really nice run with Antonio Gibson and the over. He rushed for 95 yards against the Panthers, 111 yards against the Seahawks, and 88 yards against the Raiders. He was bound to come back to earth at some point, even if the thump against the Cowboys on Sunday was harder than expected.

Putting together just 36 yards on 10 carries (with a fumble) made for a tough afternoon.

The Cowboys’ defense is playing out of its mind right now, but Gibson should have a much easier time against the Eagles. Expect him to return back to the form from earlier this month, catapulting him to hit the OVER at Philadelphia.

Javonte Williams Vs. Cincinnati Bengals

The Prop: Javonte Williams Rushing Yards
The Odds: Over 54.5 yards (-114)/Under 54.5 yards (-116)

Melvin Gordon wants everyone to know that he is still a great running back and deserves to be in Denver next season. He went for 111 yards last week against the Lions, making a strong point to that narrative.

But Javonte Williams was still more electric in that game, rushing for 73 yards. Williams’ 4.9 yards per carry topped Gordon’s 4.6 ypc mark.

Denver is going to use both backs, but Williams is clearly the future. He will continue to be a featured back in games, not against bad teams (like the Lions) and in blowouts (like the Lions.)

Against a better team and in a closer game, Williams gets enough work to go OVER for another week.
