Top HR Props Notes

Bo Bichette (SS – TOR): Bichette has homered in three of his last eight games. Monday’s matchup against Baltimore RHP Kyle Bradish looks good, as the Orioles’ hurler has a 2.39 HR/9 rate in 37.2 innings this year. Baltimore’s bullpen is forgiving as well.

Bryan Reynolds (OF – PIT): We correctly identified Bryan Reynolds to hit a HR in Sunday’s article. Can he get another Monday? He’ll face Cardinals LHP Zack Thompson, who had an inflated 1.74 HR/9 rate In Triple-A last season. Also keep an eye on Michael Chavis (+330 to hit HR) of the Pirates, who has dusted southpaws in his career (.229 ISO).

Bryce Harper (OF – PHI): The odds aren’t great here, but the homerun upside offsets that. Playing at home against Miami RHP Sandy Alcantara is a nice spot, as Harper has a .600 SLG in 25 ABs against the Marlins tosser.

Ezequiel Duran (2B – TEX): Duran has only taken 32 major league at-bats, but he has slapped two homers across eight games. Monday’s draw against Houston RHP Cristian Javier looks promising, as Javier holds a career 1.39 HR/9 rate.

Nathaniel Lowe (1B- TEX): Nice value for a guy who is heating up. Lowe has four homers over his last 11 games. Houston’s RHP Javier has a higher HR/9 rate (1.54) to left-handed bats in his career.
