The Dolphins are double-digit favorites against the outgunned visiting Titans. They should have an opportunity to lean on the running game, making one over for a rushing prop and one under for a receiving prop appealing. A negative game script for the Titans is ideal for one player to go over his low receiving yardage prop. Let’s get into our Dolphins vs. Titans player props.

Monday Night Football Props: Week 14
Here’s a trio of Dolphins vs. Titans player props I like for Monday’s primetime matchup:
De’Von Achane Over 54.5 Rushing Yards (-114)
First, line shopping was especially fruitful for this prop. De’Von Achane’s line at FanDuel is three yards lower than at other sportsbooks, immediately enhancing the appeal of this prop.
Second, the speedy rookie’s job will be easier than usual against Tennessee’s run defense since run-stuffing stud Jeffery Simmons is ruled out. And, of course, Achane has been a big-play machine in his rookie campaign.
He’s averaging an unbelievable 9.54 yards per carry. Achane can’t maintain that pace. Regardless, he’s had at least 73 rushing yards in all four games that he was healthy enough to best a 40% offensive snap share this season.
Achane’s health isn’t a concern anymore, either. The Dolphins were comfortable enough with the rookie’s well-being to feed him 17 carries last week, many when Miami was comfortably ahead of the Commanders. He doesn’t need many carries to go over 54.5 rushing yards, but he should see double-digit chances against the Titans.
Where to bet: De’Von Achane Over 54.5 Rushing Yards | -114 FanDuel Sportsbook
Jaylen Waddle Under 70.5 Receiving Yards (-115)
Line shopping was helpful for this prop, too. Jaylen Waddle’s line was four yards lower at most other sportsbooks. The under for 66.5 receiving yards is also juiced to -120 at BetMGM Sportsbook. So, again, getting relative value is already appealing, saying nothing of looking at Waddle’s production this season.
According to Pro-Football-Reference, the third-year pro is averaging 67.5 receiving yards per game, with a median of 55. He’s cleared 70.5 receiving yards only four times in 11 contests. Miami will unlikely need to keep its foot on the accelerator against the massive underdog Titans. Thus, Waddle shouldn’t buck his season-long average and median in a blowout win.
Where to bet: Jaylen Waddle Under 70.5 Receiving Yards | -115 DraftKings Sportsbook
Tyjae Spears Over 2.5 Receptions (+120)
A negative game script is ideal for Tyjae Spears’s receiving outlook. According to Pro Football Focus (PFF), he’s run 107 routes versus 62 for Derrick Henry since Will Levis took the reigns in Week 8.
With Levis starting for the Titans, Spears has averaged 3.0 receptions per game, with a median of 3.5. The rookie running back has exceeded 2.5 receptions four times in Levis’s six starts. Getting a +120 line for Spears to surpass 2.5 receptions is exciting since the Titans will likely be forced to play catch-up most of the game.
