Embiid always plays with extra passion against the Boston Celtics, as he put up 41 points against them in their last matchup.
Boston is fifth in defensive rating in the NBA this season, but with Embiid’s ability to take defenders off the dribble and score in the post, the Celtics’ defense will have their hands full.
Embiid has also hit the over of this line 13 times out of a possible 19 games this season, but his recent shooting suggests that he should hit the over in this one.
Luka Doncic UNDER 25.5 Points
Luka Doncic has been ice cold recently, as he’s only averaging 21.5 points per game on 34.8 percent shooting over his last two games.
Doncic is capable of getting hot in a hurry on any given night, but the Memphis Grizzlies are the hottest ticket in town right now, as they’ve won 11 straight games.
Memphis is also top 10 in the league in defensive rating, and with Doncic already struggling coming into the game, it’s hard to see him hitting over 25 points in this particular game.
Doncic has hit the over of this line in 12 of a possible 26 games this season.

Jayson Tatum OVER 2.5 Three-Pointers
Jayson Tatum is one of the most electrifying scorers in the league, as he can light it up from three on any given night.
In his last game, he hit 4-of-9 3-pointers on a night where he scored 33 points.
Tatum averages 8.4 3-point attempts per game, as he has hit the over of this particular line in 17 of his 38 games this season.
In going up against the Sixers, Tatum should have a certain edge to him going up in a pivotal divisional battle, as he will hunt for his shots and come in determined for a big scoring game.
Expect him to hit the over in this one.
Zach LaVine UNDER 25.5 Points
Zach LaVine can light it up with his scoring on any given night. However, he’s been struggling to shoot the ball in recent games, as he’s averaging just 17.3 points per game.
The Golden State Warriors also have a bevy of defenders that have the capability of forcing LaVine into difficult shots, as they’re currently ranked as the best defense in the league on the defensive rating metric.
LaVine has hit the over of this line 18 times in a possible 37 games this season, but his recent woes suggest that he’s more likely to hit the under, especially against a strong defense.
De’Aaron Fox OVER 22.5 Points
De’Aaron Fox is one of the quickest guards in the league, as that ability allows him to drive to the rim while beating his defender off the dribble to give him open layups or dunks at the rim.

Fox is still not the strongest 3-point shooter, but his rare combination of speed and size gives him the ability to put up high point totals on a nightly basis.
Fox has hit the over of this line five out of a possible seven times in five of his last seven games, and he shouldn’t face much resistance at all in going up against one of the worst teams in the league in the Houston Rockets.
