The Wednesday college basketball betting menu kicks off with an intriguing Big East battle of Top 25 teams — and the home team has revenge on its mind.

No. 17 Xavier has had three weeks to stew over its blowout defeat to Villanova in Philadelphia. Now the Musketeers get their opportunity for vengeance when they host the 14th-ranked Wildcats.

With a victory, Villanova (4-1 in conference; tied with Providence) would take over sole possession of first place in the Big East standings. Meanwhile, the Muskateers (2-1) would climb within a half game of first place with a win.

In addition to Villanova-Xavier, an ACC powerhouse hits the road looking to bounce back from a shocking loss. Props.com breaks down the Wednesday college basketball betting odds for both games.
