With their huge win at Arizona on Monday night, the Rams stayed alive for the NFC West title. It also marked just the second time they’ve beaten a winning team this season (at the time they played them). Against teams with a losing record, like the Seattle Seahawks, LA is 7-1. So we should see some big individual performances worth betting on this Sunday. Here are some NFL props to target on the Rams’ side.

Matthew Stafford Vs. Seattle Seahawks

The Prop: Matthew Stafford Passing Yards
The Odds: Over 308.5 yards (-118)/Under 308.5 yards (-114)

Quarterback Matthew Stafford has only been a part of the Rams-Seahawks rivalry for a few months, but he already understands his job when he plays Seattle: have big games.

When the teams met at Lumen Field back in October, Stafford threw for 365 yards, and his 9.9 yards per attempt was his second-highest of the season. And not surprisingly, the Rams won the game.

Stafford has failed to go over 300 yards in each of his last two games, but Seattle’s pass defense is last in the NFL and just allowed 331 yards to Davis Mills. This is after 299 to Jimmy Garoppolo and 328 to Colt McCoy.

Hammer the OVER for Stafford.

Cooper Kupp Vs. Seattle Seahawks

The Prop: Cooper Kupp Receiving Yards
The Odds: Over 111.5 yards (-111)/Under 111.5 yards (-119)

The worst kept secret in all of the NFL is that Matthew Stafford is going to throw the ball to Cooper Kupp. And still, his numbers march on. His incredible season continues following his eighth 100-yard game of 2021 on Monday night in Arizona.

He caught 13 passes on 15 targets for 123 yards and a touchdown, following up his eight catches and 129 yards the week before. And the last time he finished with less than 92 yards receiving was back on October 3.

Even if the worst pass defense in the NFL were to play out of its mind, it does not matter. Kupp is going to get his yards, and this week he goes OVER once again.

Sony Michel Vs. Seattle Seahawks

The Prop: Sony Michel Rushing Yards
The Odds: Over 65.5 yards (-115)/Under 65.5 yards (-115)

As the Rams work through their COVID issues this week and figure out which players will be on the field, one guy you should keep an eye on is running back Sony Michel. L.A. has won two games and is back in the NFC West hunt because of a great two-game stretch by Michel.

On Monday against Arizona, he ran for 79 yards on 20 carries, which followed up his 24-for-121 day against the Jaguars. His touches are way up, and he has responded with great games, and there is no reason to think that Sean McVay won’t have him as a big part of the offense this Sunday.

Against Seattle, there are plenty of yards to go around, and Michel will hit the OVER.
