The Packers have won four straight games and sit atop the NFC for postseason seeding. The reason that win streak isn’t longer is because of the Minnesota Vikings and their 34-31 win over Green Bay on November 21.
That game was in the dome in Minneapolis, and this meeting is at Lambeau Field, adding the Wisconsin winter into the mix. All of it should add up to a great game and some great individual performances.

Aaron Rodgers Vs. Minnesota Vikings
The Prop: Aaron Rodgers Passing Yards
The Odds: Over 287.5 yards (-116)/Under 287.5 yards (-114)
It’s going to be cold on Sunday. Forecasts say it will be 5 degrees at kickoff, with the wind chill below zero. And as the game goes on, the temperatures will drop even further. But Aaron Rodgers is one of the greatest cold-weather quarterbacks to ever play.
Part of that is because he’s one of the greatest quarterbacks ever, period, and he plays a lot of games when it’s below freezing. This will be his 35th career game with the temperature below freezing, and he will be going for his 29th career win. Rodgers has a career 108.3 passer rating in the cold, and the Packers average nearly 30 points in those games.
.@AaronRodgers12 in his three December games:
– 76-of-102 (74.5%)
– 811 yards
– 10 touchdowns
– 0 interceptions
– 130.0 passer rating#GoPackGo pic.twitter.com/PJwCfNdhcf— Green Bay Packers (@packers) December 30, 2021
Rodgers lit up the Vikings last time for 385 yards, and he has another big game this Sunday night. Less than 385, but OVER 287.
Justin Jefferson Vs. Green Bay Packers
The Prop: Justin Jefferson Receiving Yards
The Odds: Over 91.5 yards (-110)/Under 91.5 yards (-120)
With Kirk Cousins going on the COVID/reserve list on Friday and being ruled out for Sunday’s game, temper your expectations for all of the Vikings’ skill players, including the great Justin Jefferson.
Even with Cousins as his quarterback, Jefferson has broken 80 yards in just one of his last three games, and seven times this year, he has failed to reach that mark. And that wasn’t with the temperatures hovering near zero and the Vikings offense missing their starting quarterback.
Over the long haul, Jefferson is a great bet to put up big numbers, but not this Sunday night. Take the UNDER.
Davante Adams Vs. Minnesota Vikings
The Prop: Davante Adams Receiving Yards
The Odds: Over 97.5 yards (-118)/Under 97.5 yards (-112)
There are only so many wide receivers who can have big days, even though everyone in the stadium knows they are getting the ball. Two of them are playing in this game: Justin Jefferson for the Vikings and Davante Adams for the Packers.
For Adams, this bet is fairly simple. Rodgers is playing like an MVP, and that means his favorite target is also. Adams has gone over 100 yards in four of his last five games, making him a great bet to do it again on Sunday night. Take the OVER.
