Monday’s Best Bets hit 2-out-of-3, putting forth another profitable night.
That’s a nice 4-1 record across our last five selections, and we have three more NBA Best Bets for your Tuesday night wagering pleasure.
One of them should be fun to watch, as the Grizzlies and Timberwolves figure to play a fast-paced, competitive game with plenty of intrigue.
As for the other two … well, they’re NBA player props recommending the Under. Maybe you can fire up Netflix and just check those results on your phone.
With that, let’s dive into this trio of Best Bets for Tuesday.

NBA Total: Memphis Grizzlies vs Minnesota Timberwolves
The bet: Grizzlies-Timberwolves Over 240.5
The odds: -110
Where to bet: Caesars Sportsbook
From: Matt Perrault via The Bostonian Vs. The Book podcast
After missing on the Mavericks-Jazz Under on Monday, Matt Perrault of The Bostonian vs. The Book is looking to bounce back with another NBA total. However, he’s switching Over/Under gears, banking on the Grizzlies-Timberwolves to soar past the 240.5-point total in Game 2 of the series.
“Game 1 went way Over [the total] by 9.5 points,” Perrault said, while also noting that he expects Memphis to get off to a fast start on Tuesday.
Perrault also mentioned that he likes a correlated team prop as a tack-on wager: Grizzlies Over 32.5 first-quarter points.
Both of these teams love to push the tempo, as Minnesota ranked first in possessions per game this season while Memphis was fourth in that category.
The Timberwolves have gone Over the total in six of their last seven games, while the Grizzlies have done so in five of their last six.
If you are looking to bet Grizzlies-Wolves Over 240.5 total points, you can grab it at -110 odds at Caesars Sportsbook.
NBA Prop: PF PJ Tucker (Miami Heat)
The bet: Under 7.5 points (vs. Atlanta)
The odds: -135
Where to bet: DraftKings Sportsbook
From: Matt LaMarca via NBA Props Tuesday
Tucker is a solid role player, and he helped the Bucks win a title last year with his defense on Brooklyn Nets superstar Kevin Durant. However, no one is going to confuse him with Durant on the offensive end.
Yes, Tucker knocked down six of his eight shots against Atlanta in Game 1, including going a perfect 4-for-4 from 3-point range. Just don’t expect that kind of shooting performance from the 36-year-old very often. In fact, Sunday represented just the ninth game all season in which he knocked down more than two triples.
Overall, Tucker scored fewer than eight points in 11 of his final 12 regular-season contests, so this number feels inflated off his Game 1 outlier performance. Let’s take advantage and play the Under.

NBA Prop: SF Jimmy Butler (Miami Heat)
The bet: Under 6.5 rebounds (vs. Atlanta)
The odds: -110
Where to bet: FanDuel Sportsbook
From: BetPrep Prop of the Day via BetPrep.com
Tuesday’s BetPrep Prop of the Day comes from the Miami Heat as well, and it’s another Under. The folks at BetPrep like Jimmy Butler to finish with fewer than seven rebounds in Game 2 against the Atlanta Hawks.
Here’s the rationale behind this Best Bet:
- Butler has averaged 5.9 rebounds per game this season, including 5.3 boards in four games against the Hawks. Only once in those four contests did he beat this prop number, and he barely did so (eight rebounds on Jan. 21)
- Butler has finished with fewer than seven rebounds in six of his last seven games overall. That includes six in Game 1.
- In his last eight home games, Butler has topped 6.5 boards just once.
