Lakers vs. Grizzlies Predictions

The Grizzlies are in trouble. Memphis dropped Game 1 on its home floor, and now star point guard Ja Morant is questionable for Game 2.

Morant is dealing with a hand injury, and his status is very much in question. The superstar will aim to take the court in this crucial playoff matchup, but that’s not necessarily a sure thing:

Even if Morant plays, there’s a chance the right-hand injury will hinder his performance. Memphis went 11-10 without Morant this season, winning four of their last six without him in the lineup.

Los Angeles used a strong second half to secure a Game 1 victory on Sunday, as the Lakers outscored Memphis by 22 points in the final 24 minutes. That could carry into Game 2.
