I have almost no issues with how the Thrillzz Sportsbook mobile app is designed. It is extremely sleek, with a homepage that makes it easy to navigate between pages. Tabs at the bottom of the app’s screen direct users to various pages such as the “Shop,” “Picks,” and “Squads” pages. Click the “Play” tab in the bottom center of the screen to find odds on the sporting event you are looking for. 

At the top of the screen, users can easily see how many Thrillzz Coins they have in their bankroll. It’s also here that users can see where they stand in the loyalty program. 

I found this app to be extremely responsive. Placing wagers, navigating between pages, and making purchases was simple and I experienced no issues. As of now, this app is only available on iOS devices, yet it seems likely that Thrillzz Sportsbook will become available to Android users in the near future.

My biggest issue with Thrillzz Sportsbook centers on the app’s customer support system. As of now, the only way to contact the company is via a message center. This is not live chat support. It acts as an email, in which users can ask questions to a Thrillzz representative and receive a response in 1-3 days. 

I would certainly prefer to see some live support options become available. Users who are experiencing issues will likely want to have their questions answered immediately, rather than waiting several days. This is still a very new company, and that is worth taking into consideration. As Thrillzz grows and gains more users, it will almost certainly add live customer service options to users.

There are many things about Thrillzz that stand out. I love the fact that it offers an experience very similar to real online sports betting while remaining legal in states yet to allow online sportsbooks to operate. It provides all of the same features as major betting platforms, with a huge variety of odds, some solid bonuses, and a great banking system. 

The prop betting options at Thrillzz Sportsbook are excellent. I was impressed at how many different props were available for just about every upcoming sporting event that I looked at. This includes player props, team props, and game props. 

The social element of Thrillzz is great, too. The “Squads” feature allows players to connect with each other and compare picks. It’s a completely unique feature that is not offered by any major online sports betting app. 

Unfortunately, there are a few areas in which this app falls short. The customer support system leaves a lot to be desired. There is only one support option (a message center) and it can take up to three days to receive a response. The promotions offered at Thrillzz are not overly generous, either. Improving the welcome bonus and adding a few more bonuses for existing players could help Thrillzz Sportsbook gain new users in the long run. 

I decided to give this social betting app an overall score of 8.5/10. It’s a great platform, particularly for those located in states without legal sports wagering options.
