The Big Ten tournament odds board has whittled down to just one game. Showing the parity of the league, neither No. 1 seed Illinois nor No. 2 seed Wisconsin are in the mix Sunday.

Rather, it’s No. 5 seed Iowa vs. No. 3 seed Purdue in Sunday’s Big Ten championship game in Indianapolis. Both teams are ranked — Iowa 24th, Purdue ninth — and looking to further improve their NCAA Tournament seeding.

Previous Iowa vs Purdue Odds Updates

UPDATE 1 P.M. ET: Indiana might have played its way into March Madness over the past three days, but Iowa put an end to the ninth-seeded Hoosiers’ Big Ten run. Barely.

The Hawkeyes (25-9 SU, 21-13 SU) trailed 67-58 with 5:29 remaining. But they finished with a 22-10 run, capped by a banked-in Jordan Bohannon 3-pointer in the final second, to post an 80-77 win in Saturday’s semifinals. Iowa failed to cash as a 5.5-point favorite, halting its 5-0 ATS run, but is still 11-2 SU/9-4 ATS in its last 13 games.

Purdue (27-6 SU, 13-18-2 ATS) had to withstand No. 7 seed Michigan State’s comeback bid to reach Sunday’s title game. The Boilermakers twice led by 13 early in the second half, but that advantage closed to one point at 57-56 with 5:45 remaining. Purdue then scored the next nine points and hung on to win 75-70 laying 6.5 points. The Boilermakers are 0-7-2 ATS in their last nine outings (0-5 ATS last five).

Purdue went 2-0 SU/1-1 ATS in the regular season against Iowa. On Dec. 3 as a hefty 14.5-point home chalk, the Boilermakers won 77-70. On Jan. 27 at Iowa, Purdue notched an 83-73 victory giving 2 points. The Boilermakers are 6-1 SU/5-2 ATS in the last seven clashes.

WynnBet opened Iowa -1.5 (even) in its Sunday Big Ten tournament odds market, then the line flipped to Purdue -2 by late Saturday night. The Boilermakers are now -2.5 while netting 71% of spread bets and 74% of spread cash. The total initially dipped from 149 to 148, but is now out to 151.5, with 73% of bets/96% of money on the Over.
