Defenders vs. Vipers Predictions

These teams met up in Week 2, and the Defenders won at Vegas by a score of 18-6. That was a rainy game with less-than-ideal playing conditions, and the Defenders used that to their advantage with a potent rushing attack coupled with a tough defensive unit. You better believe the Defenders will lean on their rushing attack of Abram Smith and Ryquell Armstead once again.

Vipers QB Brett Hundley started last week against Seattle. That was his first full game as the Vegas QB, and there’s a chance he’ll need more time to develop chemistry with his receivers, as he went just 13-of-28 in that game. The Sea Dragons averaged 5.7 yards per rushing attempt in that game, and now the Vipers will play an even better rushing offense.

Expect the Defenders to execute their gameplan and run away (literally) with this game.
