options available. Wyoming will be issuing at least five online sports betting licenses, but there is no cap. One reason Wyoming has attracted some of the top operators is that the license costs just $100,000 for five years. In addition, the
renewal fee after five years is just $50,000, and this is one of the lowest rates in the U.S. The online legal sports betting age in Wyoming is just 18 years of age, which is younger than the traditional age of 21.

When online sports betting in Wyoming first launched on September 1, 2021, a pair of operators were ready to go. BetMGM and DraftKings were the first two online operators that received a license, and they are two of the biggest operators in the U.S.
