Michigan State vs. Kentucky Predictions
Kentucky (ranked No. 4 in the latest AP poll) has played two games this season, but both of them came without 2022 National Player of the Year Oscar Tshiebwe. Good news for the Wildcats: Tshiebwe is expected to make his season debut on Tuesday.
Oscar Tshiebwe is "very likely" to play tonight vs Michigan State. He will be on a slight minutes restriction.
The reigning National Player of the Year is back.

Is that enough for Kentucky to cruise to victory? To borrow some words from the one-and-only Lee Corso: “not so fast my friend!”
Michigan State (currently not ranked) should have beat No. 2 Gonzaga last week. Granted, we can’t read into that game too much, as it was played on an aircraft carrier. However, it’s enough to give us the impression that the Spartans are a gritty team that will play tough defense and scrap to the end. As if we needed reason to believe that for a team coached by Tom Izzo.
Meanwhile, Kentucky is more talented, but there are some moving parts here. Tshiebwe is back in the lineup, but only for limited minutes. Overall, this is a young team going into battle against a high-end opponent for the first time.
Give me the veteran team getting more than two possessions.
