Welcome back to the “Small Account Challenge” on Props.com — where we took a $5 promotion from DraftKings and continue to work toward the best return we can record on the NFL 2022-23 season.
It’s Week 5, and we have $35.50 to play with. I’ve been spinning my wheels these last two weeks, and we’ve essentially had a 0% change in our bankroll since Week 3. With that being said, here are my Week 5 NFL predictions.
How To Turn $5 Into $200 On DraftKings
You can start with your own small balance challenge by turning $5 into $200. Here’s how:
- Open up a DraftKings account using our exclusive banner below.
- Deposit at least $5 into your account.
- Place a $5 bet on an NFL moneyline.
- If your selection wins, you will receive $200 in free bets plus the payout from your stake.
- Taking the Buffalo Bills moneyline is an excellent selection this week.
Small Account Challenge: Balance
Moving forward, we have $35.50 to play with this week. Here’s what I like for Sunday:
NFL Week 5 Predictions: Two Picks
Kyler Murray Over 25.5 rushing yards
- Odds: -115 at DraftKings
- Amount: $15.75 to win $15
I put more logic into this play than math, so here’s why I like this play a lot.
The Eagles do many things right on defense, ranking in the top 10 against both the run and the pass. That bodes well against traditional football teams with pocket passers like Jared Goff, Kirk Cousins, Trevor Lawrence, and Carson Wentz whom they’ve been fortunate to face in the last four weeks.
If it’s not broke, don’t fix it. I really doubt we see too much change from the Eagles’ defense come Sunday and by default, Murray will have the opportunity to run if the Eagles sell out to prevent big plays downfield. I think the Cardinals struggle to move the football, and Murray comes up with the big scrambles.
Teddy Bridgewater Over 1.5 passing touchdowns
- Odds: -110 at DraftKings
- Amount: $15.50 to win $15
Bridgewater was able to come in cold and throw for nearly 200 yards and a touchdown after Tagovailoa left the game with an injury. With 9 of 12 touchdowns coming through the air for the Dolphins, this offense is designed to stretch the ball down the field.
The Jets have one of the lowest sack totals on the season, so Bridgewater should have plenty of time to distribute the football. Let’s roll with Teddy to get two passing touchdowns on Sunday.
