Wyoming vs. Air Force Predictions

Let’s face it Air Force is not a historically successful basketball program. The Falcons haven’t taken the leap this year either, currently standing 13-14 on the season. They notched a nice 89-77 victory over New Mexico at home last Friday, but Air Force has otherwise lost its last seven games. However, the Falcons beat Wyoming 82-74 in their first meeting on Jan. 17.

Wyoming has been even worse than Air Force this season, as the Cowboys currently own an ugly 8-17 record. However, Wyoming came out with an impressive 70-56 win at New Mexico on Tuesday, so the Cowboys will have some momentum for this home matchup. With that being said, Wyoming hasn’t shown any consistency this season, so it’s difficult to trust the Cowboys to keep that level of play.

So what’s the move on the betting front? If you look at the trends section above, the answer may come to you. These teams accounted for 156 total points in their first matchup, and both have trends favoring the over. Air Force ranks 183rd in adjusted defensive efficiency and Wyoming is 223rd according to KenPom. Take the over!
