The New York Mets treated San Francisco’s Oracle Park like their personal playground Monday night. Round and round the bases went Pete Alonso and Co., and when the music finally stopped, New York had collected 18 hits (including three home runs) in a 13-3 shellacking of the Giants. Less than 24 hours later, the Mets return to the scene of the crime looking for more, and the MLB betting public is … completely divided on how Round 2 will play out.

In fact, of the 15 games on Tuesday’s MLB odds board at DraftKings, none is as split down the middle — both in terms of wagers and cash — as Mets-Giants. Let’s dive into that (and more) in Tuesday’s MLB betting action report.

All betting splits information from DraftKings (as of 5 p.m. ET).

All odds updated as of 6 p.m. ET on May 24.

It is the ultimate goal of any sportsbook operator: dead-even, two-way action. Well, several hours prior to first pitch Tuesday night, DraftKings had just that with Mets-Giants. With the sportsbook offering modest moneyline odds of San Francisco -125/New York +105, ticket count was 51% to 49% in favor of the home favorite. The money was the mirror opposite: 51% on the Mets/49% on the Giants.

This battle by the bay is one of just three games drawing two-way tickets/money action DraftKings. The others:

Rockies (+100) at Pirates (-120): 56% of bets on Colorado/52% of money on Pittsburgh.

Marlins (+140) at Rays (-160): 64% of wagers on Tampa Bay/56% of money on Florida.

So you’re saying the MLB betting action from the remaining 12 games is lopsided?

Pretty much, at least at DraftKings. Then again, that’s bound to happen when 10 favorites are laying prices of -155 or greater (including six laying -180 or more).

But even the three remaining games that are competitively priced are seeing one-way action:

Cubs (+100) at Reds (-120): 75% of bets and 64% of money on Chicago

Blue Jays (-135) at Cardinals (+115): 68% of bets and 62% of money on Toronto

Brewers (-135) at Padres (+115): 61% of bets and 74% of money on Milwaukee

What about totals? Totally different story, as there’s split action at DraftKings on eight of 15 games. The biggest discrepancies when it comes to Over/Unders in Tuesday’s MLB betting market:

Marlins at Rays (O/U 6): 72% of bets on the Over; 67% of money on the Under

Orioles at Yankees (O/U 7.5): 82% of bets on the Over; 58% of money on the Under

Tigers at Twins (O/U 7.5): 74% of bets on the Over; 87% of money on the Under

Blue Jays at Cardinals (O/U 7): 78% of bets on the Over; 87% of money on the Under

Guardians at Astros (O/U 8.5): 66% of bets on the Over; 67% of money on the Under

A’s at Mariners (O/U 7.5): 87% of bets on the Over; 58% of money on the Under
