Browns vs Ravens
Pick: Harold Fannin Higher Than 37.5 Receiving Yards – Fannin just torched Cinci for 63 yards on 9 targets in Week 1, nearly doubling this prop number already. He’s a real part of the offense, even though it feels uncomfortable to believe it so early in the year.
Jaguars vs Bengals
Pick: Chase Brown Higher Than 68.5 Rushing Yards – Brown only managed 43 yards in Week 1, but he led the NFL with seven missed tackles forced (via Fantasy Points)
Giants vs Cowboys
Pick: Malik Nabers Higher Than 79.5 Receiving Yards – Nabers put up 71 yards on 11 targets in Week 1, just 8 yards short of this number. He had ASBURD air yard and target share numbers. All-Pro Dallas CB DaRon Bland is OUT.
Bears vs Lions
Pick: Amon-Ra St. Brown Higher Than 66.5 Receiving Yards – ARSB only managed 45 yards on 5 targets in Week 1, which is concerning for this number. After watching Green Bay dismantle Washington on Thursday, I think this is less of a Detroit problem and more of a Green Bay is good assumption.
Patriots vs Dolphins
Pick: TreVeyon Henderson Higher Than 37.5 Rushing Yards – Henderson managed just 27 yards in Week 1 but did it with impressive 5.4 YPC efficiency. New England’s commitment to the run under Vrabel means increased touches, making 37.5 yards very manageable with volume correction. He’s by far the most talented RB on the squad, when will Vrabel swallow his pride and give him the reigns?
49ers vs Saints
Pick: Ricky Pearsall Higher Than 55.5 Receiving Yards Pearsall absolutely exploded for 108 yards on just 7 targets in Week 1, nearly doubling this prop line. Mac Jones made Brian Thomas a thing last year, he can do the same for Pearsall sans George Kittle.
Bills vs Jets
Pick: Breece Hall Higher Than 58.5 Rushing Yards – Hall went for 107 yards with elite 5.63 YPC efficiency in Week 1. Buffalo just got destroyed by a mobile QB and Derrick Henry, and Ed Oliver has been ruled out for the Bills. Ouch.
Seahawks vs Steelers
Pick: Jaxon Smith-Njigba Higher Than 11.35 Fantasy Points – JSN dominated Week 1 with 124 receiving yards on 13 targets, which translates to roughly 23+ fantasy points. Dark horse to lead the league in targets. Maybe it’s an overreaction, but they have nobody else.
Rams vs Titans
Pick: Cam Ward Higher Than 198.5 Passing Yards – Ward managed just 112 passing yards on 28 attempts in Week 1, making this challenging. He more than passed the eye test, though, and he had a very high aDOT. Rams are not the Broncos in terms of defensive tenacity.
Panthers vs Cardinals
Pick: Tetairoa McMillan Higher Than 62.5 Receiving Yards – McMillan eclipsed this number in Week 1 with 68 yards on 8 targets, proving he’s Bryce Young’s security blanket. The market’s still catching up to his role, and Arizona’s secondary remains a work in progress.
Broncos vs Colts
Pick: RJ Harvey Higher Than 30.5 Rushing Yards – Harvey torched this number in Week 1 with 70 yards on incredible 11.67 YPC efficiency. His role should only grow, and I don’t believe in Indy’s run defense.
Eagles vs Chiefs
Pick: Patrick Mahomes Higher Than 23.5 Rushing Yards – When the dust settles, Mahomes scrambles his way to 25+ yards just through normal pocket mobility against aggressive pass rushes. In a Super Bowl rematch, he’s going to do everythign necessary to win, especially afer an 0-1 start.
