Zach Charbonnet Rushing Yards Ladder

Charbonnet’s the backup running back for the Seattle Seahawks, but he’s performed well when given the opportunity. He’s recorded 453 yards and 8 touchdowns on 106 carries. Although his attempts are inconsistent, he’s averaging a reasonable 4.3 yards per carry.

Charbonnet’s started four games with Kenneth Walker injured this season. He’s averaging 79.3 yards and 1.5 touchdowns on 15.5 carries per game. He topped out at 134 yards against the Arizona Cardinals only a couple of weeks ago.

Although Charbonnet saw some success, he’s been viewed a bit as a plodder because of his lack of breakaway speed. That hasn’t been the case recently, though, as all 130 of his breakaway yards have come over the last two weeks (both in starts).

Charbonnet gets an elite matchup against the Chicago Bears tonight. They’re allowing the second-most rushing yards (117.2) per game to opposing running backs. The Bears are giving up a healthy 4.8 yards per carry.

The Seahawks are favored in this game, and they should rely heavily on Charbonnet. He comes with solid upside, but this is more of a volume play. He could see 20+ carries tonight, and he recorded 134 yards on the ground the last time that happened.

Where to play: Zach Charbonnet 70+ rushing yards through 120+ rushing yards

D’Andre Swift Rushing & Receiving Yards Ladder

Swift has seen mixed results for the Chicago Bears this season. He owns 841 yards and 2 touchdowns on 221 carries. He also boasts 38 receptions for 358 yards on 43 targets this season.

Swift owns high-end upside whenever he touches the ball. He topped out at 129 yards on the ground against the Washington Commanders in Week 8. He also posted 72 yards through the air against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 4.

Swift gets a solid matchup against the Seattle Seahawks tonight. They’re allowing the ninth-most rushing yards (106.8) per game to opposing running backs. The Seahawks are also giving up the 10th-most receiving yards (36.3) per game to the position.

The biggest concern with Swift is always that Chicago struggles early on and is forced to throw the ball. This game only features a 4-point spread, though, meaning they could be running throughout.

If Swift finds the touches tonight, he comes with elite upside. And he’s always an option to get the ball in his hands, regardless of how the score plays out.

Where to play: D’Andre Swift 75+ rushing & receiving yards through 150+ rushing & receiving yards
