Caleb Williams Passing Yards Ladder
Williams is a great ladder option because he’s a boom-or-bust option as a rookie quarterback. He owns 2,746 yards, 16 touchdowns, and 5 interceptions through 13 games. He’s recorded 275+ passing yards in three games this season as well.
Williams gets an outstanding matchup against the Minnesota Vikings this week. They’ve struggled to defend the pass in 2024, allowing the third-most passing yards (270.8) per game. The Vikings are also giving up 11.1 yards per completion this season.
Williams dominated Minnesota in Week 12 of this season. He threw for 340 yards and 2 touchdowns in that game. He averaged a healthy 7.2 yards per attempt against the Vikings.
Minnesota is a sizable favorite in this game, meaning Williams should see plenty of pass attempts through all four quarters. If that’s the case, he can complete this entire ladder for a second consecutive game against them.
What to play: Caleb Williams 225+ passing yards through 275+ passing yards
Rico Dowdle Rushing Yards Ladder
Dowdle’s looked outstanding in an expanded role for the Dallas Cowboys this season. He’s recorded 731 yards and 2 touchdowns on 152 carries this season. He’s taken on a larger role in recent games, posting 86+ yards in three consecutive games.
Dowdle’s recorded 18+ carries in four games this season. He’s found success in every game, recording 86+ yards in all four of them. Overall, he’s averaging 104 yards and 0.3 touchdowns in those contests.
Dowdle gets an ideal matchup against the Carolina Panthers this weekend. They’ve been torched on the ground this season, as they’re allowing a league-high 138.6 rushing yards per game to running backs. Carolina’s giving up 5.0 yards per carry in 2024.
The Cowboys seem comfortable giving Dowdle 20+ carries when their games stay close. This game features a 3-point spread, and the young running back could see elite volume for the fourth consecutive game.
What to bet: Rico Dowdle 80+ rushing yards through 120+ rushing yards
Amari Cooper Receiving Yards Ladder
Cooper hasn’t found his normal success, as he’s bounced between the Cleveland Browns and Buffalo Bills. He’s posted 40 receptions for 481 yards and 3 touchdowns on 77 targets this season. He’s also coming off of one of his best games of the season, recording 6 receptions for 95 yards on 14 targets last week.
Cooper gets an elite matchup against the Detroit Lions in Week 15. They’re giving up the second-most receiving yards (187.2) per game to opposing wide receivers. The Lions are also giving up 12.7 yards per reception.
Cooper’s playing nearly all of his snaps on the outside for the Bills. You can attack Detroit with the slot, but they’ve been struggling more against outside receivers in recent weeks.
Cooper is still an extremely talented wide receiver, and he looked fully healthy last week. He could continue to be peppered with targets in this game, and he boasts more than enough upside to complete this ladder.
What to bet: Amari Cooper 50+ receiving yards through 110+ receiving yards
