Bears-Packers Preview and Predictions (12/20)
The Bears are 10-4 and sit in 1st place in the NFC North. Rookie QB Caleb Williams has been efficient all season, throwing for 3,150 passing yards, 21 TDs, and just 6 INTs (225.0 YPG, 88.8 passer rating).
Chicago’s offense is built around a dominant run game (151.9 rush YPG, 2nd in NFL), led by D’Andre Swift (935 rushing yards in 13 games). They’re averaging 26.1 PPG (9th in NFL).
The Packers are 9-4-1 and sit in 2nd place in the NFC North, just half a game behind Chicago. QB Jordan Love has been excellent, throwing for 3,304 passing yards, 23 TDs, and 6 INTs (236.0 YPG, 101.9 passer rating)
Bears vs Packers Injury Report
The Bears are without Rome Odunze (foot) and Luther Burden (ankle), which means DJ Moore will be the primary receiving target. With a 40%+ air yard share last week, Moore is set up for a huge night.
The Packers lost Micah Parsons (OUT – season-ending injury) earlier this month, and Josh Jacobs is questionable with a knee injury. If Jacobs can’t go, Emanuel Wilson has proven to be very effective when called upon.

NFL Expert Picks: Bears vs Packers Best Player Prop Bets
There are some really interesting prop betting opportunities on the Bears’ side of things. Check out some of the popular Bears vs Packers props on Underdog:
DJ Moore Higher Than 49.5 Receiving Yards
With Rome Odunze and Luther Burden both OUT, DJ Moore is going to be the guy for the Bears’ passing attack.
Moore had better than a 40% air yard share last week. While I don’t expect Moore to push a 30% target rate in the Bears’ spread-it-out offense, a mid-20s target share is absolutely reasonable given the injury situation. That translates to 7-9 targets with significant downfield opportunities and a monster air yard share. Let’s turn back the clock a bit, DJ!
Kyle Monangai Higher Than 8.85 Fantasy Points
Monangai is the Bears’ thumper inside the red zone. This is a critical role. If Monangai scores a touchdown, he just has to tie his shoes to cover this number. A rushing TD is worth 6 fantasy points.
That means Monangai only needs 28-30 total yards (2.8-3.0 fantasy points) to hit 8.85 fantasy points if he scores. That’s it. One goal-line carry + 30 yards = easy cover.
Christian Watson and Josh Jacobs Props
I wrote about Watson and Jacobs over at our best NFL props page. If the Bears run a similar defensive scheme as they did just two weeks ago, we could be in for a big day. Check out the full analysis!
Good luck, and enjoy Saturday NFL football!
