Vikings Predictions and Preview
Carson Wentz will draw another start with JJ McCarthy working his way back from injury. Aaron Jones has also been activated for Minnesota, who is starting to get healthier as a whole. They continue to feature elite receiving options to help their offensive struggles.
The Vikings have one of the more interesting defenses in the NFL. They’ve given up plenty of rushing yards this season, but they’re average in terms of yards per carry. Minnesota’s struggled, allowing 7.5 yards per attempt through the air, but they also get elite pressure on opposing quarterbacks.
Overall, the Vikings continue to rely on their defense while their offense works through continued issues.
Chargers Predictions and Preview
Justin Herbert is one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL, and their offensive line is starting to regain health. This offense should continue to get better as Herbert gets more time in the pocket, as they’ll continue to rely heavily on his arm.
Los Angeles doesn’t feature an elite defense. They’ve performed well against the pass, but they’ve struggled a bit against the run. Specifically, the Chargers have struggled against mobile quarterbacks this season.
