For the Thunder, it’s about the supporting cast. Chet Holmgren has been a monster in the paint, protecting the rim and stretching the floor. Jalen Williams (averaging 17.8 PPG over his last 5 games since returning from injury) has been a phenomenal secondary scorer, taking pressure off SGA.

Without Hartenstein, Chet averages north of 11 boards per 36 minutes. He won’t play that much, but her per-minute ratio is strong enough to reach 9 rebounds–unless it’s a 30-point blowout at halftime.
Player Prop: Devin Booker Lower Than 7.5 Assists ⭐⭐⭐
On the other side, Devin Booker Lower Than 7.5 Assists tells a different story.
When he’s healthy, Booker can absolutely function as a lead guard and rack up dimes. But in this particular setup, a few things work against him:
- Health & Role: Coming off a groin issue, his rhythm as a full-time facilitator is disrupted. Even when active, Phoenix may stagger his usage more as a scorer than a pure table-setter.
- Supporting Cast Efficiency: Asking Booker to clear 8+ assists effectively means trusting his teammates to knock down a high percentage of their shots in a hostile road environment. Without elite spacing or a dominant roll man, that’s a big ask.
- Thunder Defense: OKC has the length and point-of-attack defenders (SGA, Dort, Caruso when healthy) to force the ball out of Booker’s hands and into lesser playmakers. That usually leads to “hockey assists” instead of direct assists that count for your ticket.
In a game where the Suns are likely chasing, Booker’s path to beating you is as a scorer, not as a pure facilitator. That tilts the edge toward Lower Than 7.5 Assists being the sharper side.
