Spurs Props and Prediction Today
Even with De’Aaron Fox sidelined, the Spurs have raced out to a fast start, thanks in large part to Wembanyama’s dominant play on both ends of the floor. More on him later.
Stephon Castle has been playing great too, averaging 19.4 points, 6.0 rebounds and 5.7 assists over the first seven games (32.7 minutes).
San Antonio is also set to be without rookie Dylan Harper tonight, while Jeremy Sochan and Kelly Olynyk are questionable at time of writing.
Rockets Props and Prediction Today
The Rockets have brushed off a 0-2 start to reel off five straight wins ahead of this evening. They’re looking strong in all facets, even with key pieces Fred VanVleet and Dorian Finney-Smith out.
Durant has fit like a glove in Houston so far. He’s averaging 35.4 minutes, 24.0 points and 5.3 rebounds per contest.
Sengun, one of the most versatile bigs in the league, and Thompson, an ultra-athletic third-year pro, have also excelled.

Victor Wembanyama Props Today
Even though he’s had rougher individual performances in each of his last two, Wemby is averaging 27.3 points, 13.7 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 4.4 blocks per 36 minutes in his first seven games (Basketball Reference).
Tonight’s matchup is not a great one against a Houston defense that is extremely long and athletic.
That said, Wembanyama is a generational specimen and talent and is going to assume a huge usage rate whenever he’s on the court.
Kevin Durant Props Today
It’s going to be fun watching these two face off, particularly with it being an NBA Cup matchup.
Though he’s not a young pup anymore, KD is contributing 24.4 points and 5.4 rebounds per 36 minutes in 2025/26, reminding everyone he’s one of the best offensive players to ever live.
Notably, Durant’s assist numbers are down alongside Sengun and the Rockets (2.8 per 36 compared to 4.2 last season and 4.9 the year prior with the Suns).
Shooting-wise, he’s averaging 47.4% from two and 37.5% from three, and those are drops from his 52.7% and 43.% marks in 2024/25, albeit in a small sample size.
