For each major UCL slate, we will take a look at our favorite soccer props and DFS pick’em plays on sites like Underdog.
Slate Overview & Odds – Wednesday, May 7th
The upcoming schedule and odds for the Champions League:
3:00 PM ET: PSG (+120) vs. Arsenal (+215)
We have another amazing Champions League semi-final matchup on Wednesday, this time featuring PSG and Arsenal. The Parisiens are up 1-0 after an impressive first leg win over the Gunners in London and now return home for the decider.
For PSG, here are the leaders in Goal Contributions so far this UCL season (via Football Reference):
Ousmane Dembele (11)
Achraf Hakimi (7)
Bradley Barcola (6)
Nuno Mendes/Desire Doue (5)
Fabian Ruiz/Khvicha Kvaratskhelia/Goncalo Ramos (4)
Shot–Creating Actions:
Achraf Hakimi (71)
Ousmane Dembele (70)
Vitinha (50)
Bradley Barcola (47)
Joao Neves (44)
Here are the UCL Goal Contributions leaders for Arsenal so far:
Bukayo Saka (7)
Declan Rice (6)
Mikel Merino/Kai Havertz (5)
Martin Odegaard/Leandro Trossard (4)
Gabriel Martinelli (3)
Shot–Creating Actions:
Martin Odegaard (36)
Gabriel Martinelli (27)
Declan Rice/Leandro Trossard (25)
Bukayo Saka (23)
Mikel Merino (19)
Top UCL Picks
Important: Ousmane Dembele has been considered questionable due to a hamstring injury but has been training with the team and is expected to be available. He has been PSG’s most dangerous player domestically and in Europe, so that’s good news for the club.
We are more drawn to the Arsenal side in this matchup, however, as we think Mikel Arteta’s bunch will be up for this away challenge. The Gunners did beat Real Madrid 2-1 in Madrid in the quarter-finals not that long ago, so they could draw inspiration from that result.
Bukayo Saka in particular is of interest. He has six goals and 10 assists in 22 EPL matches and five goals and two assists across eight UCL appearances in an injury-hampered campaign. The positive news is Saka hasn’t suffered any kind of setback since returning. He played the full 90 against PSG in the first leg last week and 86 minutes against Bournemouth this past weekend.
When on the pitch and at full strength, Saka has been a constant threat to opposing defenses, and Arsenal will have to attack in hopes of overcoming the one-goal deficit.
Pick: Bukayo Saka HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals + Assists (Underdog)
Good luck and enjoy the match!

Slate Overview & Odds – Tuesday, May 6th
The upcoming schedule and odds for the Champions League:
3:00 PM ET: Inter Milan (+165) vs. Barcelona (+150)
We had a mesmerizing 3-3 draw in the first leg between these two European giants, so get your popcorn ready for round two on Tuesday.
For Barcelona, here are the leaders in Goal Contributions so far this UCL season (via Football Reference):
Raphinha (20)
Robert Lewandowski (11)
Lamine Yamal (8)
Fermin Lopez/Ferran Torres (4)
Jules Kounde/Inigo Martinez (3)
Shot–Creating Actions:
Raphinha (67)
Pedri (56)
Lamine Yamal (54)
Dani Olmo (22)
Marc Casado (19)
Here are the UCL Goal Contributions leaders for Inter so far:
Lautaro Martinez (8)
Marcus Thuram (5)
Hakan Calhanoglu (5)
Denzel Dumfries/Mehdi Taremi (3)
Nicolo Barella/Carlos Augusto (2)
Shot–Creating Actions:
Nicolo Barella (33)
Marcus Thuram (28)
Henrikh Mkhitaryan (26)
Hakan Calhanoglu/Federico Dimarco (24)
Lautaro Martinez (22)
Top UCL Picks
On the Barcelona side, Robert Lewandowski is expected to be in the squad but will not start in the second leg against Inter, leaving Ferran Torres as the likely target up front alongside Lamine Yamal and Raphinha.
For Inter, Lautaro Martinez looks to have avoided a major injury and should be in the starting 11 on Tuesday.
With our UCL picks, it’s hard to ignore the form Yamal and Raphinha have shown even on the brightest stages, and they caused so many problems for Inter defensively in the first leg.
Both players are extremely dangerous going forward and can fashion chances out of basically nothing.
If you look at all of the top five European leagues this season, Yamal (third; 163) and Raphinha (eighth; 151) are both in the top 10 in shot-creating actions, and as mentioned above, they’ve brought their best in the Champions League too. Raphinha in particular has shone throughout the UCL campaign, totaling 12 goals and eight assists in only 13 appearances.
Will they rise to the occasion and guide the Catalans to the Champions League Final?
Pick: Raphinha HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals + Assists

Premier League Soccer Props – Player Picks & Analysis
For the major slates, primarily in the English Premier League and Champions League, you’ll find our favorite picks and the reasons why.
Slate Overview & Odds – Monday, May 5
The upcoming schedule for the Premier League and soccer odds at time of writing:
3:00 PM ET: Crystal Palace (+115) vs. Nottingham Forest (+245)
Crystal Palace has gone unbeaten in three straight EPL matches ahead of Monday’s home clash with Nottingham Forest. The Eagles are in 12th place with a 43:47 goals for/goals against ratio.
Nottingham has had the better overall season and is currently in sixth place in the table. This is a hugely important fixture, with Forest only three points back of fourth place with a match in hand.
For Palace, here are the leaders in Goal Contributions so far this EPL season (via Football Reference):
Jean-Philippe Mateta (16)
Eberechi Eze (12)
Ismaila Sarr (11)
Daniel Munoz (8)
Marc Guehi (5)
Shot–Creating Actions:
Eberechi Eze (119)
Ismaila Sarr (97)
Daniel Munoz (74)
Tyrick Mitchell (66)
Will Hughes (61)
Here are the EPL Goal Contributions leaders for Forest so far:
Chris Wood (22)
Anthony Elanga (15)
Morgan Gibbs-White (12)
Elliot Anderson (8)
Callum Hudson-Odoi (7)
NOTE: Callum Hudson-Odoi recently suffered a suspected hamstring injury and is a major doubt to play on Monday.
Shot–Creating Actions:
Morgan Gibbs-White (101)
Callum Hudson-Odoi (94)
Anthony Elanga (87)
Elliot Anderson (76)
Ola Aina (55)
Top EPL Plays
While Palace has looked a bit better recently, we still think there could be more DFS and betting value on the Forest side in this fixture.
Nottingham has been stronger throughout the season, and motivations should be high as they try to lock in a place in Europe next season.
Pick: Anthony Elanga HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals + Assists

Slate Overview & Odds – Sunday, May 4
The upcoming schedule for the Premier League and soccer odds at time of writing:
Brentford (-140) vs. Man United (+360)
Brighton (+175) vs. Newcastle (+140)
West Ham (+105) vs. Tottenham (+240)
Chelsea (+110) vs. Liverpool (+215)
Four more EPL matches await on Sunday, starting with a three-pack early in the morning and followed by a showdown between Chelsea and Liverpool at Stamford Bridge.
Brentford is actually the largest favorite on the board at home to a disappointing Manchester United team, while Newcastle, West Ham and Chelsea are all slightly favored in their respective fixtures.
Bryan Mbeumo could be in for a standout performance against the Red Devils. He’s been influential all season long, registering the fifth-most shot-creating actions (131) in the EPL behind only Cole Palmer (180), Bruno Fernandes (169), Mohamed Salah (153) and Enzo Fernandez (137), per Football Reference.
In the other two earlier games, Alexander Isak and Jarrod Bowen are worth looking into. Isak is now up to 22 goals and six assists in the EPL, while Bowen has nine goals and seven assists in 30 appearances.
In the last match of the day, Chelsea will welcome Liverpool to London. The Reds have already won the league, so it’ll be interesting to see what kind of starting 11 we get.
Top EPL Plays
Bryan Mbeumo HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals + Assists
Jarrod Bowen HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals + Assists
Cole Palmer HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals + Assists
Good luck!

Slate Overview & Odds – Saturday, May 3
The upcoming schedule for the Premier League and soccer odds at time of writing:
Aston Villa (-130) vs. Fulham (+320)
Everton (-195) vs. Ipswich (+550)
Leicester (+140) vs. Southampton (+185)
Arsenal (+115) vs. Bournemouth (+240)
There are four matches on the schedule, with Everton the biggest favorite on the soccer odds board at home to Ipswich.
In the later fixture, it will be interesting to see who Mikel Arteta opts to start, as Arsenal has a massive UCL clash with PSG coming up soon to think about.
We’re not all that interested in the first game. While Villa is the favorite, we have been impressed by Fulham, who are currently in eighth place in the EPL. We think the Cottagers could make life difficult on the Villans despite being away from home.
The best-looking spots of the day appear to be in Everton, where the Toffees play host to Ipswich.
Dwight McNeil is back in the mix for Everton but is being worked back slowly after a long injury layoff. When healthy he’s been the most dangerous attacking player for the Toffees, and this is one of the more unintimidating matchups they’ll face this season.
Just know that there is a good chance McNeil may not play the full 90 given the above.
We also think Jamie Vardy has a nice chance at a goal at home to Southampton. Both of these teams have already been relegated, with the Foxes entering as the short favorites in the odds at home.
Vardy had seven goals and three assists in 32 EPL matches this term.
We aren’t in love with Arsenal’s situation this weekend. The Gunners are trying to hold on to second place in the league but will also want to make sure they have their best players at full strength for the second leg against PSG.
They’ll also come up against a Bournemouth side that has done a lot of great work this season. The Cherries are in 10th place in the league and have gone unbeaten over their last four EPL matches ahead of Saturday’s trip to the Emirates.
Top EPL Plays
Dwight McNeil HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals + Assists (risk for early sub)
Jamie Vardy HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals

Soccer Props & Betting Strategy Tip: Understanding Odds
Just like in other sports, it’s important to understand the macro game environment in soccer. If a team is heavily favored, such as Manchester City against a weak Premier League opponent, that squad is likely to control possession and create a lot more scoring chances.
Understanding team dynamics and who will be in the best opportunities to succeed and fall short of the mark will help you narrow down your favorite soccer props and betting picks.
