Overview & Odds – Sunday, March 16

9:30 AM ET: Arsenal (-125) vs. Chelsea (+370)
9:30 AM ET: Fulham (-110) vs. Tottenham (+280)
3:00 PM ET: Leicester (+310) vs. Man United (-110)

There are three more English Premier League matches to examine on Sunday, highlighted by the showdown between Arsenal and Chelsea earlier in the morning.

The Gunners are still down a few key names but will be at home and are firmly favored in the EPL odds against an inconsistent Blues squad.

Arsenal is without Bukayo Saka, Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus, and Chelsea is also dealing with injuries, namely to Nicolas Jackson, Noni Madueke and Malo Gusto.

It’s rather strange to see Fulham favored over Tottenham at such numbers, but we haven’t been able to trust Spurs much at all this term, and the Cottagers have scored some nice results in 2024/25.

Then there is Man United, who are in 15th place in the English Premier League with only a handful of matches remaining. The Red Devils take on Leicester, a team destined for relegation, but that doesn’t automatically mean three points for a disappointing United.

Top EPL Leans

Truth be told, we don’t really love anyone on this smaller slate.

Here are our favorite leans among the three games:

Leandro Trossard HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals + Assists (1.14x)

Alex Iwobi HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals + Assists (1.10x)

Bruno Fernandes HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals + Assists

Slate Overview & Odds – Saturday, March 15

11:00 AM ET: Everton (+110) vs. West Ham (+265)
11:00 AM ET: Ipswich (+300) vs. Nottingham (-110)
11:00 AM ET: Man City (-145) vs. Brighton (+350)
11:00 AM ET: Southampton (+265) vs. Wolves (+105)
1:30 PM ET: Bournemouth (-130) vs. Brentford (+320)

We’ve got a full day of English Premier League soccer on Saturday, with Man City and Bournemouth the biggest favorites on the soccer odds board.

Top EPL Plays

Here’s who stands out from a player perspective:

Chris Wood (Nottingham) at Ipswich

Nottingham Forest has enjoyed a stellar campaign in the EPL this term, and Chris Wood’s effectiveness up front has been a key factor.

Coming in, Forest in third place in the standings behind only Liverpool and Arsenal and ahead of the likes of Man City and Chelsea.

While away fixtures in the Premier League are rarely easy, Nottingham has a lot more quality than Ipswich across the pitch and should be able to get at least a point.

Wood has 18 goals and three assists in 28 EPL matches this season.

Pick: HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals (1.27x)

Omar Marmoush (Man City) vs. Brighton

Brighton is not a walkover, but Man City should be able to get the result here at home.

Omar Marmoush has cooled off a little since his amazing three-goal performance against Newcastle yet is still generating a lot of chances. He’s an exciting player who should cause Brighton trouble on Saturday.

Pick: HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals + Assists (0.90x)

Champions League Soccer Props – Player Picks & Analysis

For each major UCL slate, we will take a look at our favorite soccer props and DFS pick’em plays on sites like Underdog.

Slate Overview & Odds – Wednesday, March 12

Here is the schedule for Wednesday:

1:45 PM ET: Lille (+180) vs. Dortmund (+150)
4:00 PM ET: Arsenal (-230) vs. PSV (+600)
4:00 PM ET: Aston Villa (-140) vs. Club Brugge (+360)
4:00 PM ET: Atletico Madrid (+155) vs. Real Madrid (+165)

Arsenal (7-1) holds a huge lead and Aston Villa (3-1) is sitting rather comfortably as well heading into the second legs of their respective Champions League ties.

The Lille/Dortmund matchup is all even at a goal apiece, so that will be a fun one to watch earlier in the day.

Then we are treated to Atletico Madrid against Real Madrid, with the latter having a 2-1 lead after the first leg. That match is going to be a spectacle given all the star power who will be on the pitch fighting for a spot in the quarter-finals of the UCL.

Top UCL Plays

Here is who stands out from a player perspective for Wednesday:

Jonathan David (Lille)

Will Lille do enough to topple Dortmund at home? The soccer odds are essentially a toss-up, with the German outfit a narrow favorite at +150.

Jonathan David has been the go-to attacking player for Lille, totaling 14 goals and three assists in 23 Ligue 1 matches and six goals and two assists in nine UCL games.

We expect the Canadian to make his presence felt in this all-important fixture at home.

Pick: HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals + Assists (1.19x)

Antoine Griezmann (Atletico Madrid)

One of the most experienced Champions League players out there, Antoine Griezmann’s goal+assist projection could be worth targeting on Wednesday.

Along with Julian Alvarez, Griezmann has been a top-tier playmaker for the club this term. He has eight goals and five assists in 27 La Liga matches but has saved some of his best efforts for Champions League play, with six goals and two assists in nine appearances.

Pick: HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals + Assists (1.19x)

Also Consider:

Ivan Perisic HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals + Assists (2.07x)
Christos Tzolis HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals + Assists (1.58x)

Slate Overview & Odds – Tuesday, March 11

We have the second legs of the Champions League knockout round on Tuesday. Here are the matches:

1:45 PM ET: Barcelona (-250) vs. Benfica (+550)
4:00 PM ET: Bayer Leverkusen (+210) vs. Bayern Munich (+125)
4:00 PM ET: Inter (-295) vs. Feyenoord (+800)
4:00 PM ET: Liverpool (+130) vs. PSG (+195)

The highlight match is Liverpool taking on PSG at Anfield after stealing a 1-0 away win in the first leg. Bayern (3-0) and Inter Milan (2-0) hold firm advantages ahead of leg two, while Barcelona has to protect a 1-0 advantage at Camp Nou.

Who will advance to the next round of the UCL?

Top UCL Plays

Here is who stands out from a player perspective for Tuesday:

Lamine Yamal (Barcelona)

One of the most exciting talents in the world, Lamine Yamal has five goals and 11 assists in 23 La Liga matches and two goals and two assists in eight UCL appearances.

Benfica is a team to be respected, but Barcelona has more quality all over the pitch and should be bossing this match at home.

The visitors are down a goal, so they won’t be able to sit back and defend the entire 90 minutes. That could open up additional space and opportunities for the ever-dangerous Yamal and Raphinha.

Pick: HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals + Assists (0.83x)

Lautaro Martinez (Inter Milan)

UPDATE: Martinez is not in the starting 11. Instead we will pivot to Hakan Calhanoglu to finish with at least one goal or assist.

Inter is in a prime position heading into the second leg at home against Feyenoord, with the soccer odds showing the Italian outfit at close to -300 on the moneyline.

Natural striker Lautaro Martinez has 10 goals and three assists in 26 Serie A matches and six goals in nine UCL games this term. He is dealing with a knock to his thigh and there are doubts about his availability, but he would be worth looking at if in the starting 11.

Feyenoord will have to take chances in hopes of overcoming the first leg deficit, so this clash could be more open than people expect.

Pick: HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals + Assists (0.90x)

Soccer Props & Betting Strategy Tip: Understanding Odds

Just like in other sports, it’s important to understand the macro game environment in soccer. If a team is heavily favored, such as Manchester City against a weak Premier League opponent, that squad is likely to control possession and create a lot more scoring chances.

Understanding team dynamics and who will be in the best opportunities to succeed and fall short of the mark will help you narrow down your favorite soccer props and betting picks.
