Round Robin betting is a safer way of betting parlays while keeping some upside. It involves selecting three or more single wagers to create a combination of parlays. You put a specific amount of money on each parlay, limiting both overall risk and upside.

We’ll have one NBA and one NFL round robin bet lined up every week, so make sure to check back to this page for any updates.

Best Round Robin Bets Today – Tuesday, Dec. 3 NBA Picks

Here are four total bets with analysis to use in the round robin format.

MORE PROPS: NFL | NBA | NHL | PGA | CFB

Cade Cunningham 24+ Points (-115)

Cunningham is one of the better young scorers in the NBA. He’s averaging 23.5 points in 36.2 minutes per game this season. He’s also averaging 19.9 FGA, 6.2 3PA, and 4.3 FTA per game in 2024-25.

Cunningham gets an elite matchup against the Milwaukee Bucks tonight. They feature the worst defense in the NBA against point guards, allowing a league-high 28.3 points per game to the position. The Bucks are also allowing the fourth-most three-pointers (3.7) per game to point guards.

Cunningham recently played Milwaukee, posting 35 points in 43.5 minutes. He recorded 28 of those points in regulation, and he saw a ridiculous 34 FGA in that game. He’s a player who always comes with a bit of risk, but this is the type of matchup he can thrive in.

Isaiah Hartenstein 13+ Points (-120)

Hartenstein isn’t the focal point of the Oklahoma City Thunder offense by any stretch, but he hasn’t seen bad volume early in his 2024-25 season. He’s averaging 15.2 points on 10.8 FGA, 0.2 3PA, and 3.2 FTA per game. He’s posted 13+ points in four of his five games this season.

Hartenstein gets a great matchup against the Utah Jazz. They’re allowing the second-most points (27.1) per game to opposing centers this season. The Jazz have also struggled at times with rebounds, meaning offensive rebounds could be available.

I don’t expect a ridiculous amount of volume for Hartenstein, but he could see around 12 FGA in this matchup. If that’s the case, we’re getting far too low of a number here.

Victor Wembanyama 25+ Points (-120)

Wembanyama struggled with his scoring early this season, but he looks to be over that now. He’s averaging 24.0 points on 18.2 FGA, 9.2 3PA, and 3.6 FTA per game. He’s also scored 25+ points in six of his last seven games.

Wembanyama gets a solid matchup against the Phoenix Suns tonight. They’re allowing the fifth-most points (25.1) per game to opposing centers. The only major concern is that Phoenix isn’t allowing many three-pointers to the position.

Wembanyama’s taken his game to the next level recently, and he posted 50 points against the Washington Wizards in November. He’s seeing plenty of volume, and it looks as if he has his confidence back. The plus matchup is the cherry on top.

Franz Wagner 27+ Points (-120)

Wagner’s performed well in his role this season. He’s averaging 21.5 points on 17.3 FGA, 5.7 3PA, and 4.7 FTA in 31.1 minutes per game. He’s flashed elite scoring ability, posting 37 points against the Los Angeles Lakers a few games ago.

This is an extremely high total for Wagner’s normal role, but he’s taking on a much larger role in the Orlando offense with Paolo Banchero injured. He’s seen 20+ FGA in 10 of his last 14 games, and he’s generally finding FGA’s in the high teens if he isn’t breaking 20.

Wagner gets an elite matchup against the New York Knicks. They’ve struggled against small forwards, allowing the second-most points (25.4) per game to the position. The Knicks are also allowing the fourth-most three-pointers (3.4) per game to them.

Wagner is getting elite volume at this point, and he’s consistently beating this number when his shot is falling. I don’t expect him to struggle against this New York defense.

Round Robin Betting Guide

Let’s break down Round Robin betting with an example. For this example, we’ll assume there are four bets, which will be labeled 1, 2, 3, and 4.

There are 11 total combinations of parlays that you would run. Here they are:

  • 1 & 2
  • 1 & 3
  • 1 & 4
  • 2 & 3
  • 2 & 4
  • 3 & 4
  • 1, 2, & 3
  • 1, 2 & 4
  • 1, 3, & 4
  • 2, 3, & 4
  • 1, 2, 3, & 4

You’ll bet on each of these combinations. For example, if you want $10 per bet, you’ll bet $110 total. You can win each of the 11 bets with differing payouts as well.

For example, if you win bets 1, 2, and 3, here are the individual parlays you’d cash:

  • 1 & 2
  • 1 & 3
  • 2 & 3
  • 1, 2, & 3

You cash all 11 bets if you sweep your card. This is a way to limit risks on a parlay, although it does also limit your overall possible payout compared to a normal parlay.

If you bet $110 on this combination of parlays (at -110 odds each), you would receive $630 if you sweep the card. If you solely bet the 4-leg parlay, you’d win $1,461.50.

The difference is you can win money back on Round Robin betting, while parlay betting is all-or-nothing.
