Round Robin betting is a safer way of betting parlays while keeping some upside. It involves selecting three or more single wagers to create a combination of parlays. You put a specific amount of money on each parlay, limiting both overall risk and upside.

We’ll have one NBA and one NFL round robin bet lined up every week, so make sure to check back to this page for any updates.

Best Round Robin Bets Today – Tuesday, Feb. 25

Here are four total bets with analysis to use in the round robin format.

MORE PROPS: NFL | NBA | NHL | PGA | CFB

PJ Washington o26.5 PRA (-120)

Washington’s taken over as the starting center for the Dallas Mavericks, and he’s been playing well for quite some time. He owns 17+ points in eight consecutive healthy games. In those eight games, he’s averaging 22.0 points, 10.1 rebounds, and 3.3 assists.

Washington gets a fine matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers tonight. They aren’t a terrible defense against centers, but they’re also not a team I’d be scared away from using someone against.

Washington is still entirely too undervalued, making him an elite option on this slate.

Zion Williamson o31.5 PR (-115)

Williamson isn’t locked into major minutes for the New Orleans Pelicans, but he’s someone who can dominate in fewer than 30 minutes per game. On the season, he’s averaging 24.5 points and 7.5 rebounds in only 28.1 minutes per game. He’s also scored 28+ points in 7 of his last 10 games.

Williamson gets an elite matchup against the San Antonio Spurs tonight. They’re allowing the fifth-most points (24.0) and third-most rebounds (11.5) per game to opposing power forwards. Williamson recently posted 22 points and 9 rebounds against him, but he had his worst shooting performance in nearly a month.

Ja Morant o21.5 Points (-125)

Morant is a point guard who comes with elite scoring potential. He’s averaging 20.5 points on 16.0 FGA, 4.9 3PA, and 6.0 FTA in 29.1 minutes per game. He’s also scored 22+ points in four of his last seven games, missing once with 21 points.

Morant gets a good matchup against the Phoenix Suns tonight. They’ve struggled against scoring point guards, allowing the fifth-most points (25.4) per game to the position. In their only matchup this season, Morant posted 26 points in 33 minutes.

Derrick White o13.5 Points (-120)

White continues to enjoy a solid season for the Boston Celtics. He’s performed well with Jrue Holiday out of the lineup, averaging 16.4 points on 13.5 FGA, 9.8 3PA, and 1.7 FTA across 11 games. He posted 14+ points in 8 of those 11 games, missing twice with 13 points.

White gets an interesting matchup against the Toronto Raptors. They’re a relatively average defense in terms of points allowed (24.9) per game to opposing point guards. The Raptors are giving up the ninth-most points (23.0) per game to shooting guards, though.

Regardless of how Toronto plays White, he should see enough volume to beat this number.

What Is Round Robin Betting?

Let’s break down Round Robin betting with an example. For this example, we’ll assume there are four bets, which will be labeled 1, 2, 3, and 4.

There are 11 total combinations of parlays that you would run. Here they are:

  • 1 & 2
  • 1 & 3
  • 1 & 4
  • 2 & 3
  • 2 & 4
  • 3 & 4
  • 1, 2, & 3
  • 1, 2 & 4
  • 1, 3, & 4
  • 2, 3, & 4
  • 1, 2, 3, & 4

You’ll bet on each of these combinations. For example, if you want $10 per bet, you’ll bet $110 total. You can win each of the 11 bets with differing payouts as well.

For example, if you win bets 1, 2, and 3, here are the individual parlays you’d cash:

  • 1 & 2
  • 1 & 3
  • 2 & 3
  • 1, 2, & 3

You cash all 11 bets if you sweep your card. This is a way to limit risks on a parlay, although it does also limit your overall possible payout compared to a normal parlay.

If you bet $110 on this combination of parlays (at -110 odds each), you would receive $630 if you sweep the card. If you solely bet the 4-leg parlay, you’d win $1,461.50.

The difference is you can win money back on Round Robin betting, while parlay betting is all-or-nothing.
