It’s time for another Props.com Main Slate Parlay of the Week as we look at our favorite NFL Week 5 props and picks for the main slate.

We were a Jaxon Smith-Njigba yard from hitting a 10x’er over at Underdog last week. Dare we go for another 10x attempt?

We dare.

NFL Week 5 Main Slate Parlay

Let’s start with the Cincinnati Bengals and Baltimore Ravens matchup. This game has a total of 49, and both teams have both A) Super Bowl hopes and B) not great records. The Bengals are 1-3, the Ravens are 2-2, and so this kinda-sorta becomes a little bit of a must-win game for these AFC North foes.

For the Bengals, now with their wide receiver corps at full health with Tee Higgins back on the field, and with rookie tight end Erick All Jr. looking like a star in the making, it would seem the Bengals best path to victory would be through the air.

Enter Joe Burrow, who we are backing here for higher than 23 completions. He’s hit that number twice this year, missing it by one and two completions otherwise. If this game approaches that 49 total, Burrow will be slinging it.

Next up, another quarterback: Geno Smith, who we’re backing for higher than 1.5 touchdown passes. Smith has not hit this number yet, throwing for a single touchdown in each game thus far this year. But they’re facing the New York Giants at home Sunday, and the Giants have given up six touchdown passes this year, five to wideouts.

And the Seahawks wideout room – D.K. Metcalf, Jaxon Smith-Njigba, and Tyler Lockett – are about as dangerous a threesome that exists in the NFL. Smith will certainly average more than a single passing touchdown per game when all is said and done, so matchup + positive regression + talent wins out here.

We’ll close this out with another pair of “higher” picks – Josh Jacobs higher than 64.5 rushing yards and Chuba Hubbard higher than 59.5 rushing yards.

For Jacobs and the Packers, they head to Los Angeles to take on the decimated Rams. Jacobs has struggled his last two games in the yardage department, but this is as get-right a spot as exists. The Rams have let every single lead back smash that 64.5 number this year, most recently D’Andre Swift who, previous to the Rams game, couldn’t run away from his own shadow. Jordan Mason, James Connor, and David Montgomery have also all powered through the number. Jacobs should be the fifth back in five games to do it.

As for Hubbard? He heads to Chicago to take on the Bears, and he is the workhorse for the Panthers, going over the 100-yard rushing mark each of the last two games with Andy Dalton as quarterback. While he might not get to 100, he should be able to easily eclipse 59.5 yards on volume alone.

NFL Week 5 Picks:

Joe Burrow HIGHER than 23 completions

Geno Smith HIGHER than 1.5 touchdown passes

Josh Jacobs HIGHER than 64.5 rushing yards

Chuba Hubbard HIGHER than 59.5 rushing yards

10X on Underdog

As a reminder, this is a longer-shot combo of picks that carries more risk but a higher return if all hit. Good luck with all of your NFL plays in Week 5!
