DraftKings Pick6 has announced a future move away from static to real-time stat projections.
Pick6, a peer-to-peer fantasy game, is one of DraftKings’ newest offerings in which users pick between 2-6 players and whether or not they will have “more” or “less” than their posted projections.
DraftKings Pick6 Product Update Coming Soon
The move to dynamic projections, which according to the operator is “coming soon”, is an unwelcome one to some avid players, who said the static numbers were the main differentiator in making Pick6 a more compelling product.
DraftKings Pick6 is making a huge change to dynamic lines (instead of static lines) & that’s a mistake.
Static lines were the main thing that differentiated them. It’s peer-to-peer too so it’s not like having static lines impacts them.
Now you’ll have to get lineups in early 🤦🏻♂️ pic.twitter.com/P81r0nRZ0J

There will also be a voided pick policy instituted, as players will not be able to edit or withdraw their Pick6 lineups after initial submission.
It is unclear exactly when the change from static to dynamic projections will go live on DraftKings Pick6, which has fast become one of the company’s most popular fantasy games.
This is a developing story. We’ll provide more details as they become available!
Update: The move to dynamic projections on DraftKings Pick6 is now live as of Monday morning.
