Brock Purdy Passing Yards Ladder
Purdy’s seen mixed results for the San Francisco 49ers this season. He’s thrown for 2,101 yards with 10 touchdowns and 7 interceptions through eight starts. He topped out with 319 yards against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 2.
We know Purdy boasts drastically more upside than that, though. Last season, he threw for 310+ yards in five games. His highest yardage total was 368 against the Seattle Seahawks.
The key for Purdy is that Christian McCaffrey returns this week. He’s an elite option out of the backfield, but he also draws defenders to focus on the run. San Francisco certainly isn’t fully healthy on offense, but they’re in the best spot they’ve been in so far this season.
Purdy gets an elite matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They’re allowing the third-most passing yards (255.9) per game this season. The Bucs are only allowing 7.3 yards per attempt, which is only slightly below average.
This game comes with some blowout potential, but the spread is still under a touchdown. Tampa Bay’s consistently surprised this season, and they may be able to find success against San Francisco this week. If that’s the case, Purdy could be forced to throw throughout the game, giving him ample upside to complete this ladder.
What to bet: Brock Purdy 275+ passing yards through 325+ passing yards
Najee Harris Rushing Yards Ladder
Harris has generally performed well for the Pittsburgh Steelers this season. He boasts 592 yards and 2 touchdowns on 136 carries through eight games. He’s been on fire recently, posting 100+ yards in each of his last three games.
Harris has forced 36 missed tackles this season, and he’s recorded 445 yards after the contact. He’s also flashed breakaway upside in 2024, which isn’t something he’s consistently flashed earlier in his career. Over the last three games, he owns 155 yards on 6 breakaway carries.
Harris gets a great matchup against the Washington Commanders this week. They’re allowing the fifth-most rushing yards (115.0) per game to opposing running backs. The Commanders are also allowing 5.2 yards per carry to the position this season.
We have a close spread where the Steelers can keep the ball on the ground. Harris has seen 40 carries over his last two games, and he could see 20+ carries once again this week.
What to bet: Najee Harris 70+ rushing yards through 120+ rushing yards
Darnell Mooney Receiving Yards Ladder
Mooney is having an outstanding bounce-back season for the Atlanta Falcons. Through nine games, he boasts 41 receptions for 588 yards and 3 touchdowns on 64 targets. He’s posted 80+ receiving yards in four of those games.
Mooney gets a strong matchup against the New Orleans Saints. They’re allowing the fifth-most receiving yards (164.3) per game to wide receivers. The Saints are also allowing 12.9 yards per reception to the position.
New Orleans featured one of the worst pass defenses in the NFL, and they recently traded Marshon Lattimore to the Washington Commanders. He’s allowed only 83 yards in coverage this season, holding his opponents to 24 or fewer yards in each of his seven games.
It isn’t out of the question that the Saints feature the worst secondary in the NFL at this point, and Mooney can take advantage of that. This is a divisional game, though, and we have a relatively close spread.
As long as Atlanta can throw throughout the entire game, Mooney boasts 100+ receiving yard upside.
What to bet: Darnell Mooney 60+ receiving yards through 120+ receiving yards
