New York Knicks Props & Prediction Today
The New York Knicks will have a short rotation, but only if Jalen Brunson is starting. If he does, Karl-Anthony Towns, Josh Hart, Mikal Bridges, and he are all expected to play 30+ minutes in this game. Landry Shamet has also been locked into big minutes without OG Anunoby, and we can expect that again tonight.
Miles McBride and Jordan Clarkson would play solid minutes off the bench. Mitchell Robinson is locked into limited minutes, but he’ll continue to play 15-20 minutes each night.
Dallas Mavericks Props & Prediction Today
The Dallas Mavericks have a much less condensed rotation. PJ Washington and Cooper Flagg are expected to be the focal points of this team. Daniel Gafford and Dereck Lively will split minutes at center, with Gafford playing the larger role.
Brandon Williams, Max Christie, D’Angelo Russell, Klay Thompson, and Naji Marshall are all expected to play minutes in the 20s tonight. It’s a difficult situation, specifically in the matchup, though.
Again, Cooper Flagg was downgraded to Q this morning, and his status could shift the dynamic of this entire matchup.
Knicks vs Mavericks Prediction: Best Player Props & Picks Today
There are plenty of New York vs Dallas player props to choose from on Underdog for Wednesday night’s slate of games. Let’s dive into the Knicks vs Mavs predictions!
Karl-Anthony Towns Player Props – Higher Than 39.5 PR
Towns has been hot without Jalen Brunson in the lineup. Overall, he’s averaging 21.8 points on 16.0 FGA, 5.8 3PA, and 6.6 FTA in 33.1 minutes per game. He’s also averaging 12.7 rebounds on 21.0 rebound chances per game.
Towns gets an interesting matchup against the Dallas Mavericks. They’ve been solid against power forwards, but they’ve struggled against centers. Towns plays the majority of his minutes at center, and he’ll see a major boost in value if Jalen Brunson is out.
Mikal Bridges Player Props – Lower Than 17.5 Points
Bridges has looked good for the New York Knicks. He’s averaging 16.2 points in 35.1 minutes per game. He’s also averaging 12.2 FGA, 5.8 3PA, and 1.9 FTA per game.
This is a difficult matchup for Bridges, though. The Dallas Mavericks have performed well against both shooting guards and small forwards. It’s a tough matchup regardless, but Bridges will also lose a ton of value if Brunson returns to the lineup.
PJ Washington Player Props – Higher Than 22.5 PR
Washington’s taking on a bigger role with Anthony Davis injured. He’s averaging 15.0 points and 7.5 rebounds in 30.7 minutes per game this season. He’s also posted 23+ points and rebounds in seven of eight games with 30+ minutes.
I don’t love the matchup against the New York Knicks, but I’m also not willing to avoid it. We’re getting too low of a number on Washington, who should be locked into big minutes. o opposing power forwards. Mobley will also spend time at center, which I’ve already outside is a terrible spot for rebounds and assists as well.
