NFL Preseason Props Today: Sunday, August 10th
It’s a lighter NFL preseason slate on Sunday, but there are still some opportunities we can try to take advantage of.
Let’s get to it!
Tyson Bagent Higher Than 77.5 Passing Yards
Starters have been ruled out for the Chicago Bears’ preseason opener.
We won’t see Caleb Williams, leaving Bagent to draw the start. Head coach Ben Johnson said the plan is for him to play the entire first half.

Bagent saw limited reps in preseason last year, but he looked outstanding when he was on the field. He totaled 191 yards on only 22 pass attempts. He also found some success in 2023 when given the opportunity.
I wouldn’t bank on Bagent being an extremely efficient player, but he won’t have to be. He’s finally going to be locked into bigger snaps, giving him ample opportunities for a surprisingly low total.
Where to Play: Tyson Bagent higher than 77.5 passing yards | 1.87x at Underdog
Trey Lance Higher Than 110.5 Passing Yards
The Los Angeles Chargers are clearly going to give Lance the preseason to get reps.
He played the majority of the Hall of Fame game, throwing for 120 yards and 2 touchdowns on 20 attempts. He was taken out for DJ Uiagalelei to hand the ball off later in the game.
Once again, the Chargers have announced that Justin Herbert won’t play in this game.
Taylor Heinicke is expected to draw the start before Lance “plays the majority of the game.” We could see Uiagalelei finish things out then.
Lance will face off against the Miami Dolphins, who haven’t announced if they’re going to play their starters or not. It’d be a surprise if they did, so he should find himself against backups once again.
It’s too low of a total for anyone playing into the second half.
