UPDATE: Taremi is not starting. We will pivot to Daniel Podence, a direct winger who used to play with Wolves in the EPL.
Podence was extremely sharp in limited playing time during Olympiacos’ opening league win, scoring a goal and adding an assist in 28 minutes off the bench. He’s been rewarded with the start, and his 0.5 goal/assist projection is interesting versus Pafos on Wednesday.
Mehdi Taremi HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals + Assists
We don’t love either of the early matches, but Olympiacos Piraeus is in a decent spot at home to Pafos as a -240 ML favorite.
Mehdi Taremi just joined Olympiacos from Inter Milan. He didn’t make much of an impact in Italy, but prior to that move, he showed his worth at Porto, and he has a ton of UCL experience. If in the starting 11, we think Taremi has a solid shot of at least one goal or assist here.
Harry Kane HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals + Assists
Though it’s not the easiest of matchups against Chelsea, we believe Bayern will be good for at least a goal in this spot, and it’s highly likely to be Kane who delivers.
The striker has been immense following his move to Bayern:
2023/24 Bundesliga: 36 Goals & 8 Assists
2024/25 Bundesliga: 26 Goals & 9 Assists
Last year, Kane had 11 goals and two assists in 13 UCL appearances, and the England international already has five goals and three assists through three league fixtures in 2025/26.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals + Assists
Notably, Ousmane Dembele and Desire Doue will not play due to injury. However, it looks like Kvaratskhelia will be in the team for PSG’s home affair against Atalanta. He was dealing with a knock to his calf but has been included in the squad.
Ever since joining the Parisiens, Kvaratskhelia has been hugely impactful in attack. He’s constantly trying to make things happen and isn’t afraid to shoot from anywhere on the pitch.

Ivan Perisic HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals + Assists
He’s not exactly in his prime anymore, but Ivan Perisic is still one of PSV’s most dangerous attacking players.
Perisic has already totaled one goal and four assists in five league matches for PSV heading into this UCL home date with Royale Union. We like his chances of at least one goal or assist in this midweek clash.
Kylian Mbappe HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals
Real Madrid is an obvious target at home against Marseille. Kylian Mbappe and company are huge favorites on the soccer odds board and should be able to win without much resistance.
In only four games, Mbappe has already scored four La Liga goals to go with a staggering 36 shot-creating actions thus far, which is 10 more than second-place Pedri and Nicolas Pepe at 26 apiece (Football Reference). He should cause a lot of problems against the French outfit throughout Tuesday’s match in Madrid.
Vangelis Pavlidis HIGHER Than 0.5 Goals + Assists
This is a solid team spot for Benfica at home to Qarabag, and the Portuguese side should be able to control possession and create chances.
A player rumored to be a primary target for multiple top EPL clubs, Pavlidis had 19 goals and seven assists in 34 league matches in his first full season with Benfica. He has scored twice in four games so far this season.
